Refund Policy — Nõma Studio

Nõma Studio provides professional consultancy and paid media services. Due to the nature of our work, refunds are handled as follows:

Consulting & Retainer Services

All consulting and retainer payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
If a client wishes to cancel ongoing work, notice must be given as outlined in their service agreement.

Audits & One-Off Services

Audit fees and one-off service payments are non-refundable once the audit or deliverables have been provided.

Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Nõma Studio.
