This tier offers deeper strategic support, creative direction and a structured testing roadmap, with hands-on weekly calls to continuously refine and scale performance. Cancellation Policy
Booking Requirements All sessions must be booked in advance through the online booking system . Availability varies and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Session Duration Each service listing includes its own session duration. Sessions start and end at the scheduled time. Extra time cannot be guaranteed if you join late. Rescheduling Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment time. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice may result in the session being forfeited. Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations are treated as no-shows and are not refundable or transferable. No-Shows If you do not attend a booked session without notice, the session will be marked as used and cannot be refunded or rebooked. Lateness If you are late, the session will still end at the original schedule time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be cancelled and counted as a no-show. Booking Confirmation You will receive a confirmation email after scheduling , including a link for your online meeting (Google Meet/Zoom). If you do not receive this, please contact us. Communication & Boundaries All strategic discussions, reviews, and support must take place within scheduled sessions. Ad-hoc requests outside sessions may not be accepted unless included in your service tier. Payment Sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking unless included within a package, membership or retainer plan. Refunds All bookings are non-refundable. Refunds are not provided for missed sessions, partial attendance or unused bookings. Session Use for Members/Retainers Clients on memberships or retainers may book sessions as part of their plan, subject to: - Availability - Session limits (if applicable) - Fair use expectations for "unlimited" booking plans Session Limits If your service plan includes a set number of sessions, unused sessions do not roll over unless stated otherwise. Platform All sessions are delivered online via video call. Links are provided automatically upon booking. Professional Conduct Respectful and professional behaviour is expected at all times. Abuse or inappropriate conduct may result in cancellation of services.
